Reality Breaks Through Consciousness

Talk about blown illusions!  Would anyone in this world have expected terrorists to take over large segments of the population as they have?  The events in Europe of the last  two months are almost unbelievable!

It is time to come out of our cubbyholes and see the reality of the horrors that are happening.  This is the color of terror and it isn't pretty..  It looks like hell breaking loose.  Many want to blame Obama for not continuing the never-ending war.  I blame the hate mongers and those who fan the flames of prejudice everywhere for creating an ugly climate in which children must grow up.  I think even the spirits on the other side are writhing in pain over the tragedies!

Then, add to this there are those who want to fight our acceptance of refugees..  The far right needs to create even more terror by refusing to accept Syrians into this country, on the grounds that they are terrorists!  Since 9-11, the US has become home to 750,000 refugees and not a single one has become a terrorist.*  They do  not take jobs away from Americans..  Instead they do the jobs none of us wants to stoop to do.  I am personally embarrassed. when I read the fearful right and their ridiculous comments'
